Wehrmacht acquires veterancy through the Kampfkraft Center, by spending resources - manpower and fuel - on one of the four veterancy groups: Infantry, Support, Vehicles and Tanks. Once bought, the veterancy bonuses are permanent and affect all existing and future units of that group, except for the King Tiger and Goliath Tracked Mine which do not receive veterancy bonuses at all.
