The layout of this article renders the individual Command Upgrade articles (like Creeping Barrage or Forward Observation Officers) pointless. We need to choose one or the other - either those mini-articles redirect to the appropriate sections on this page, or we move the majority of specific upgrade data to the mini-articles and leave this page with summaries (or with just the Command Tree and some links).
I personally like both ideas almost equally, so I'm a little torn...
